We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Social Media & Communities Manager to join the marketing team at Mirafit. You will work with the marketing team to grow our audience, engage with our customers and drive awareness of the Mirafit brand.
You’ll need to be on top of influencers and content trends in the fitness industry, alongside an understanding of the wider health and fitness market.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a Social Media role who can come in and start making things happen from day one.
The successful candidate will be someone who can combine the creative and analytical sides of marketing. Plan, create and execute brand campaigns across our social media platforms with knowledge of Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Lead social media content creation, conceptualising, shooting and editing distinctive/engaging content that appeals to our target audience
Develop and manage the social content calendar, maintaining brand presence across our organic social channels
Actively participate in planning meetings for key campaigns/launches
Actively manage and nurture our presence in the online fitness community
Track key performance metrics and analyse data to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for growth
Working closely with the in-house creative team, ensuring collaboration and consistency
Stay informed and ahead of trends in the health and fitness space to maximise engagement and relevance for the brand
Represent Mirafit across our online channels through content and community management
Providing feedback to marketing, product and customer service teams
An expert in social media management with a track record of creating distinctive and engaging content across key platforms, including TikTok. Meta (IG and Facebook) and YouTube, with the ability to integrate into the broader marketing strategy
A creative thinker with a strong understanding of what engaging content looks like for the consumer in the health & fitness space
Proficient with social media and marketing tools (Meta business suite, TikTok Studio, scheduling tools – Hootsuite experience is beneficial)
Creative skills – content concepting and creation, including photography, video and editing
Focused on social media metrics and data analytics with the ability to convert these to regular performance reporting
