The ideal candidate should have the ability to sell via phone, email and in person. You should be able to manage a pipeline and move customers through the process from initial enquiry to site visit. A real people person who can identify the needs of our customers and help them find the answers. Helping create marketing campaigns, design ads and organise events to drive enquiries. Working closely with on‑parks sales and marketing department to make the most of every lead.
The role will be mainly office based but will include some travel to sites and weekend availability for events. There will be great incentives and bonuses for reaching KPI targets and great progression throughout the expanding business. With a salary of £27,000 and a great commission and bonus plan, there is a very achievable OTE of £57,000.
Responsibilities
* Utilise strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
* Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
* Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies and performance.
* Creating adverts, marketing campaigns and organising events.
Qualifications
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to drive and travel as needed for weekend events.
Experience
* Direct sales: 3 years (preferred)
* CRM software: 2 years (preferred)
