A rapidly scaling SaaS company is seeking a Head of Finance to shape financial strategy, strengthen operations, and ensure compliance as they expand across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Your new role
* Own statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
* Ensure IFRS compliance and audit readiness
* Lead AP, AR, payroll, and tax operations
* Optimise systems and controls for scale
What you'll need to succeed
* Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ)
* 8+ years post-qualifying experience
* Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
* Proven ability to lead finance ops and engage senior stakeholders
