At BBSCITT we strive to offer a superlative Initial Teacher Training programme. We are seeking to appoint a Secondary Manager to lead the secondary programme of our established SCITT which provides high-quality Initial Teacher Training to trainee teachers in the West Midlands.
BSCITT is based out of the SCITT offices at Barr Beacon School and works in partnership with a wide range of local secondary schools to recruit, train and support trainees on their route to QTS and a PGCE. This is an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated leader to work in close partnership with the SCITT Director, Trust leaders and partnership schools to maintain our successful reputation as an ITT provider in the region.

About You:
To be successful for the role your key skills and experience will include:
* Having the expert knowledge and experience of great teaching
* An understanding of key documentation in relation to Initial Teacher Training e.g. Core Content Framework
* Experience of successfully mentoring and leading the mentoring novice teachers
