Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Adults Social Worker to work within the Community Wellbeing Team.Position: Adults Social WorkerRate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annumContract Duration: PERMANENTPurpose:Variety of Adults Social Work, including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning for Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 enquiries.Job Responsibilities:
* Direct working with Adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and older adults.
* Empower individuals and promote independence in all cases, with a strength based approach.
* Engaging in Continuing Health Care and Section 117 work
* Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs
* Collaborate with multi-agency partner to ensure holistic care is provided at all time.
Job Requirements:
* Must have experience within Adults Services.
* Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
