CONSTRUCTION UK BUYER - INSIDE IR35 - £44 PER HOUR - 12 MONTHS - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS Key Responsibilities: Implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs and project requirements. Lead procurement projects and tenders with multi-divisional and international scope. Develop and maintain an effective supplier base to support long-term strategic objectives. Negotiate, establish, and manage national and international contracts. Ensure supplier deliverables meet contractual requirements on cost, time, and quality. Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and risk mitigation. Contribute to savings initiatives through demand management, specification optimisation, and process standardisation. Support the adoption of innovative procurement tools (e.g., e-procurement, e-catalogues). Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
