Customs Administrator
Location: Dover
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

You'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless customs clearance for international shipments, supporting both import and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and process customs declarations for road freight
Ensure full compliance with UK customs regulations and procedures
Communicate with HMRC, port community systems, and other authorities to resolve queries
Keep internal systems and records updated and accurate
Stay informed on the latest customs legislation, procedures, and systems
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years' experience in customs clearance
Solid background in road freight logistics
Practical experience with customs software such as Sequoia, CDS, or Destin8
Strong understanding of UK import/export laws and documentation requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
