The Role Are you passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our community? We are seeking a dedicated Link Worker to join our new Complex Needs Service in Chesterfield.
This initiative provides a number of self-contained accommodation spaces for people identified as rough sleeping long-term by the Derbyshire Outreach Team (DOT).As a Link Worker, you will offer intensive, personalised support, helping individuals navigate their journey from street homelessness into stability and independence.
