About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Irrigation Engineer to join our small, close-knit team. While full training will be provided, previous experience in landscaping and/or irrigation is essential. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious properties and contribute to the creation and maintenance of exceptional outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems under the guidance of the Senior Engineer
* Lay pipework, drip lines, and sprinkler systems
* Diagnose and resolve issues within irrigation systems
* Perform hand digging and other manual tasks as required
* Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
* Conduct routine site inspections and report maintenance needs
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience in landscaping and/or irrigation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Flexible with travel (client sites may be up to 2 hours away)
* Full UK driving licence is essential
