Position Summary:
As a key player in our operations, you will oversee daily activities, manage budgets, and ensure our guests feel right at home. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving our company goals and enhancing guest development.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

* Create an inviting atmosphere that makes Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol the top choice for gaming entertainment.
* Assist in building and maintaining strong guest relations while mentoring team members to deliver exceptional service.
* Support daily operations and ensure consistent execution of Players Club expectations.
* Focus on improving department guest service scores and achieving monthly goals.
* Stay updated on electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, and events.
* Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
* Plan, execute, and report on exciting promotions.
* Monitor daily operations of Players Club centers and assist with scheduling and performance appraisals.
* Address guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
* Manage inventory for the Players Club and investigate service-related issues to recommend improvements.
* Participate in seminars and training sessions as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to all Virginia Gaming Regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis)
We’re looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, or Marketing. Experience in the gaming industry is strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements
* Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/certifications as per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery regulations.
* Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
* Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
* Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and varying shifts based on business needs.
* Prior experience in opening new properties/outlets is a plus!
