We're looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential support to our Executive Director of Property Services. As the right hand to the Executive Director, you'll play a critical support role in ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced and dynamic team, helping drive our new corporate plan “Tenants at Heart”.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Executive Director's complex diary, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and organise related logistics, including venue bookings, hospitality and materials.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including managing, delivering and reviewing reports, research, and confidential information with discretion.
* Act as the Executive Director's point of contact, handling enquiries, correspondence, and following up on actions.
* Prepare briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for Steering Groups, Board and Committee Member meetings.
Ideal Candidate
* Significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, providing high-level support to senior leaders (Director level or above), clearly evidenced within employment history.
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration (HND level or above) or equivalent professional experience, demonstrated through formal qualifications or career progression.
* Proven experience managing complex diaries, competing priorities, and high-volume workloads, with clear examples of supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills evidenced through stakeholder engagement or cross‑organisational working.
