Your Role
This role sits at the intersection of advisory, strategy and delivery. You will help organisations unlock the full potential of their data through:
* Advising on AI‑driven data management strategies, articulating business benefits of governance, quality and MDM.
* Translating complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders, bridging technical concepts and business priorities.
* Designing operating models – roles, processes, standards and stewardship frameworks – and embedding them into client organisations.
* Enabling trusted AI and analytics by supporting data governance, quality and MDM solutions that meet compliance and ethical AI practices.
* Collaborating with business leaders, developers, architects, and data scientists to integrate governance, quality and compliance into technical solutions and AI products.
* Leading and developing talent (Senior Consultant level) – lead workstreams, coach junior colleagues and shape best practices across accounts.
Role Routines
* Business development – leading or contributing to RFIs, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
* Internal contribution – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
* Learning & development – training, certifications and other opportunities to support your career.
Your Profile

Key skills and experiences:
* Strong advisory, stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Hands‑on experience designing and implementing data management, governance or MDM solutions (consulting or industry).
* Experience with at least one data management or governance tool, such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Ataccama or Microsoft Purview.
* Demonstrated prior project experience leading or contributing to data management initiatives – e.g., data catalogue implementation, lineage mapping, master data consolidation, data quality, metadata management or lineage.
* Experience defining and operationalising data stewardship roles within federated or centralised governance models.
Desirable
* AI‑related data preparation, use‑case identification, AI governance or Responsible AI frameworks.
* Understanding of model lifecycle management, bias detection and explainability.
* Familiarity with the DMBOK framework.
