Quality & Compliance Officer – Scotland - £40,
The Job:
The successful candidate will oversee and maintain quality assurance, feed safety and regulatory systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supermarket contracts and farm assurance schemes. Key responsibilities include managing HACCP systems, audits, supplier assurance, risk assessments, document control, and supporting crisis management planning. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work both independently and collaboratively, driving continuous improvement across operations.

A well established agricultural feed producer, supplying high quality feedstuffs and nutritional products throughout Scotland and Northern England. The Candidate:
- Experience in food safety, quality, or compliance management (preferably within agricultural feed or food production
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, risk assessments, and Farm/Mill Assurance schemes
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems
- Highly organised, with strong decision-making skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team
The Package:
- Salary £40, per annum pro rata (negotiable depending on experience)
