Let's talk about the role...
As a Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll be fully immersed with our experienced IT team to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast-paced, engaging, creative, and rewarding. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious person to make an impact within a dynamic team while focusing on delivering excellent service to clients. You'll:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
* Confidently provide support for Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive
* Configure and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure
* Assist with Azure cloud services and Entra ID identity management tasks where applicable
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and client interactions using ticketing systems
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure seamless service delivery
* Identify recurring issues to recommend process enhancements or preventive solutions.

Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:
* Have a minimum of three years experience in an IT support role, ideally within a service desk or managed service provider environment
* Have strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and networking technologies (routers and firewalls)
* Be able to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems
* Be tech-savvy, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
* Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator
