Fast Track Area Coach Must successfully operate a single unit for approximately 12 months and work as a Market Training Manager before starting your journey as an Area Coach. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of 4-7 locations, directly managing Restaurant General Managers and indirectly guiding Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and drive sales growth. Mentor and develop Restaurant General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Utilize strategic business acumen to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, financial targets, and customer service standards. Collaborate with market leaders and cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and enhance brand perception. Job Requirements: Proven experience in multi-unit leadership within the food service or retail industry, demonstrating comprehensive operational oversight. Strong understanding of financial metrics, operational processes, and management systems. Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in technology platforms for operational measurement. Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and team development.
