We are recruiting for a Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to lead a well‑established care home in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Home Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up into a senior leadership position.
About the Role – Nursing Home Manager
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of clinical care, full CQC compliance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
You will play a key role in improving performance, increasing occupancy, and maintaining a strong reputation within the local Ealing community.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall operations of the nursing home in Ealing, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
* Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care and clinical excellence
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nurses and care staff
* Drive continuous improvement and successfully manage change
* Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy rates
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) – essential
* Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Experience in turnaround projects or improving care home ratings (desirable)
* Passion for delivering high‑quality elderly care
