Foreman – oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training.
Qualifications
* Strong mechanical knowledge
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience supervising a team, ideally within a similar industry
* Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
* Ability to support the business unit/team in delivering the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
* Ability to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring H&S and housekeeping standards are upheld
