Mission Description

Our focus is on innovation, customization, quality, and industrial design. We work with major airlines and aircraft manufacturers, providing the largest seat portfolio among suppliers.
In the UK, Safran Seats specializes in First and Business Class seats for wide-body aircraft, with teams based in Cwmbran and Newport, Wales, and Brackley, England. The role involves supporting Program and Senior Program Managers by:
1. Assisting with operational management to help meet objectives.
2. Supporting delivery commitments, costs, Earned Value Management (EVM), and quality standards.
3. Proficiently using and configuring management tools and overseeing their use.
4. Reporting irregularities in program and project management systems.
5. Recommending process improvements and best practices.
This role does not include decision-making authority but focuses on supporting management through planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
