Support Worker – Monmouth
Hours: Day shifts between 7am–8pm
Pay: £14-£15 per hour
Completely Care is working with a well-established supported living site in Monmouth to find dedicated support workers!
What the Role Involves:
5. Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
6. Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
7. Encouraging independence and community engagement
8. Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
9. Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
10. At least 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
11. A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
12. Manual handling experience and training, with the ability to safely lift and transfer residents
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
14. Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
