The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing a program of sourcing transfer projects that reactivate the ST30 engine components in support of Services and new unit requirements.
What are my responsibilities?
The SCPM is accountable for fully defining the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting programs of work to deliver source change requirements. The SCPM manages program team members, including other SC Project Managers allocated to the program, dedicated resources, and supporting resources, to maximize capacity efficiently and ensure optimal delivery timescales.
The SCPM acts as the liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring that the AGT functional organizations make resource management decisions promptly to support the program's deliverables. The SCPM oversees project managers and other project roles in areas such as project quality management, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting.
The SCPM will serve as a subject matter expert for team processes and ensure a high standard of project execution. They will establish a Change Control Board to approve program changes affecting schedule or budget and form a steering committee advisory board comprising cross-functional executives to govern the program.
The SCPM reports to the head of Supply Chain Transformation Programs. The program scope includes up to 200 components requiring sourcing and qualification within 3 years, with up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities include discs, drums, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, liners, piping, engine controls, and machining. Raw material requirements include castings and forgings. The program concludes when the supply chain delivers acceptable rates and quality levels.

* Clear communication skills aligned with core SE leadership principles.
* Essential: Recognized Project Management Certification.
* Sound business and/or engineering knowledge with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
* Significant experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles.
* Understanding of OEM & Service business processes, process improvement, and performance delivery.
* Comprehensive knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and program management.
* Understanding of aerospace design & product change control processes.
* Ability to work across all levels of the business, with an understanding of change management fundamentals.
* Ability to operate in a matrix organization with both dedicated and non-dedicated resources to ensure program success.
