What You'll Own Success in this role means learners are engaged, progressing on plan, and achieving their learning objectives. You will own: Delivery of high-quality business skills and leadership programmes in both face-to-face and virtual workshop environments Creation and continual improvement of training resources, materials, and e-learning content Coaching, mentoring, and providing actionable feedback to learners to support their development and achievement Provide high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners, helping them make informed decisions about programme suitability, progress, next steps and available support. Signpost learners to appropriate internal/external support services and record IAG conversations/decisions in line with policy and safeguarding. You'll also lead and influence: The integration of technology into learning to enhance engagement and outcomes Evaluation and improvement of programme effectiveness, supporting standardisation and best practice Positive relationships with learners, business partners, and stakeholders to support Pearson TQ's reputation and impact About You You bring expertise in business skills and leadership training, along with the ability to inspire and develop learners. You bring: Relevant teaching, training, or assessor qualifications At least 5 years' experience delivering business skills or leadership programmes Industry experience in a substantive management or leadership role Proven experience creating engaging, impactful training content and using technology to support learning You're someone who: Delivers interactive, differentiated learning that meets diverse learner needs Communicates clearly, professionally, and persuasively Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and models continuous improvement Demonstrates consistently good or outstanding teaching practice Desirable experience: Healthcare sector knowledge, especially NHS operational improvement Delivery of CMI or Level 5/7 Leadership & Management qualifications Management qualifications at Level 5 or above IAG qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and commitment to engage in internal IAG training and ongoing CPD.
