You will be responsible for

* Managing delivery costs and customer charges to meet targets.
* Identifying efficiency improvements and setting challenging payroll cost reduction targets.
* Understanding the local market to provide the best service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Managing your team effectively to meet customer service requirements and engaging with customers to gather feedback for service improvement.
* Collaborating with regional teams to identify opportunities and develop or enhance working methods.
You will need
* Previous experience in deliveries/transport and management CPC qualification.
* Experience managing a warehouse operation.
* Strong customer engagement skills and relationship-building ability.
* Ability to develop new ideas and challenge teams to improve delivery services.
* Talent identification and team development skills.
* Motivational skills to foster a customer service culture.
* Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills.
