An established payments technology company is hiring a Senior Global Key Account Manager to lead a strategic, high-value customer relationship. This remote position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands or Belgium, with regular international travel required.
This is a key commercial leadership role, focused on owning and growing a Tier 1 global customer account. You will act as the lead commercial interface, working closely with C-level stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the global account plan focused on growth, innovation, and long-term success
* Build multi-level relationships within the client’s business, from operations to the C-suite
* Drive revenue generation across all active regions
* Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams to align solutions with customer needs
* Represent the business at senior meetings and relevant international events
* Monitor industry trends and influence internal priorities accordingly
What We Are Looking For:
* Significant experience managing global or high-value strategic accounts within payments or fintech
* Strong understanding of acquiring, acceptance, and payment infrastructure
* Fluent in English (Dutch or French would be advantageous)
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment
* Willing to travel globally to support client engagement and delivery
