As a Senior Sales Valuer, your duties will be:
10. Carrying out accurate, confident valuations and converting them into instructions

13. Managing your own diary and planning ahead like a pro
14. Taking ownership of stock management, knowing every detail as if it were your own
15. Ensuring every listing looks its best and meets all compliance standards
16. Negotiating offers with skill, charm, and strong commercial awareness
17. Proactively encouraging client reviews
To be considered for the Senior Sales Valuer role, you must have:
18. At least 12 months of recent experience as a Valuer
19. Proven track record of winning instructions
20. Naturally driven with a sharp eye for detail
21. Confident, charismatic and brilliant at reading a room
22. Organised, proactive, and not afraid of a bit of hustle
