Position - Quality Assurance Advisor

Salary - From £36,000 - £44,000, based on experience.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to drive quality across the business. You'll lead audits, streamline processes, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement.

What you will do
* Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
* Review and manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigations
* Oversee and support the implementation of quality control measures across engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
* Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
* Ensure robust documentation practices across the QMS, including audit trails, change control, and training records
* Assist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party audits
* Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to quality standards and embed continuous improvement in all processes
* Championing quality systems across the business
* Ensuring process compliance as well as product conformity
* Liaising with regulatory bodies or certifying agencies
* Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the business
What You'll Bring
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
* Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) would be advantageous.
* Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
