Hours of work: Core hours 40 hours a week Monday Friday, office hours, 08.30 17.30

The Role: The successful candidate will assist with proving IT support via telephone and online chat. Some field-based work may occasionally be required
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting IT issues and software and hardware faults
Resolving basic issues over the phone and via remote desktop access
Resetting passwords and completing software updates
Ordering replacement hardware and accompanying engineers to help with installations.
Responding to email and telephone enquiries
Admin support to the department
Essential skills and experience:
Previous helpdesk experience and good technical and IT related skills
Happy to assist with telephone calls and site visits.
