* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding, residential development, or main contracting sector.
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (ideally with JCT contracts).
* Excellent numerical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
