They're now seeking a Technical Project Manager who can take full ownership of installations, managing everything from client consultation and design through to delivery, commissioning, and handover. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, balancing technical design understanding with strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills. What You'll Do Lead multiple AV projects from design to completion. Conduct site surveys and turn client briefs into robust technical solutions. Oversee project costing, scheduling, and installation delivery. Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication throughout. Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work meets deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain project documentation, RAMS, drawings, and change requests.
