Job Specification: MEICA Project Manager - Havant Thicket
Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of MEICA works on the Havant Thicket water project, overseeing design coordination, installation, commissioning, safety, programme and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage MEICA scope across pumping, treatment and control systems
* Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and subcontractor activities
* Oversee installation, FAT/SAT, testing and commissioning
* Drive safety standards, RAMS, permits and environmental compliance
* Monitor programme, budgets, change management and NEC processes
* Liaise with client, operations and multi‑disciplinary teams
Experience Required
* MEICA delivery in water sector (pumping stations, treatment assets, ICA/SCADA)
* Managing subcontractors, commissioning, and interface works
* NEC experience and strong commercial awareness
Qualifications
* Mechanical/Electrical/Controls background (HNC/HND/Degree)
* CSCS Manager card, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene (desirable)
