We are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team to cover repairs in Cannock. As an experienced Lift Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
2. Attending lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs
3. Meeting customer response times and building relationships with clients
4. Providing updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota
5. Solving issues across Orona and competitor lifting equipment and conducting basic LG1 examinations
6. Problem solving and working independently
