What You Will Be Doing • Developing a new Scottish territory from a home office base • Visiting machining and manufacturing customers across Scotland • Advising on tooling performance, optimisation, and application • Supporting installations and delivering product training • Working closely with senior sales colleagues during your development period • Representing the business at exhibitions and industry events Over time, you will transition into full ownership of your region. What You Bring • A hands on machining background such as CNC Programming, Setting, Manufacturing Engineering, or Workshop Management • Strong understanding of tool clamping, milling, or metal cutting technology • Confidence speaking with engineers and production managers • A desire to move into a commercial role • Drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn Previous sales experience is not essential.
