You will work as part of the Results Delivery Office (RDO), which provides leadership and oversight of strategic projects at SJP. You will provide support to the senior members of the RDO, managing the transformation agenda for SJP.
Responsibilities
* Lead on preparation of executive level reports for the RDO
* Manage the agenda, papers, minutes and actions for the RDO SteerCo
* Support senior members of the RDO in all aspects of the transformation agenda, including programme orchestration, prioritisation, transformation business case, value identification and tracking, and issue management
* Support senior members of the RDO in oversight of strategic projects
* At times, provide oversight of smaller transformation projects
* Identify and support the management of interdependencies
* Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior project team members
* Lead on internal reporting within the RDO as required
Essential Criteria
* Understanding of the regulations relevant to our business, and how they impact strategy and planning
* Experience creating executive level reports, with guidance from senior team members
* Experience working across multiple areas of the business, with a curiosity to continue learning
* Strong systemic, critical, and strategic thinking skills
