Teaching Personnel is working closely with a supportive SEN primary setting in the Mitcham area that is seeking a dedicated teacher with proven experience supporting children with additional needs at primary level. About the Role
* Teaching pupils across Primary Key Stages within an SEN setting
* Supporting children with a range of needs (including ASC, SEMH, SLCN, and complex needs)
* Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons
* Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Long-term and short-term opportunities available
* Full-time role (part-time may be considered depending on availability)
Essential Requirements
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Proven experience working with SEN pupils at primary level
✔️ Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning plans
✔️ Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
✔️ In-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
