This is your chance to join *Landon Harmondsworth School (LHS)* at the very beginning of an exciting journey. We’re a brand-new, independent specialist school for children aged 5–11 with *Autism*, and we’re growing fast — with a vision to become a multi-site school serving over 100 pupils.
*About Us*
LHS is built on the belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive — regardless of their starting point. That’s why we’re creating an environment where *innovation, expertise, and compassion come together* to offer truly individualised learning experiences.

* *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)* is essential.
* Experience teaching *children with Autism*, ideally in a specialist setting.
* Familiarity with the *EQUALS curriculum* is highly desirable.
* Experience with *non-linear assessment frameworks* (e.g. SCERTS, Routes for Learning) would be a strong advantage.

* Be part of a *founding team* shaping a school from the ground up.
* Join a values-driven, ambitious school with a strong commitment to *research-led, compassionate practice*.
