Sandymouth Holiday Resort
in Bude
.
Hourly rate of £12.21
This is a
seasonal
position to work
full time
hours. This will be across variable days which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Kitchen Assistant will
* Take on a range of kitchen responsibilities.
* Pot washing.
* Collect, clean and replenish all crockery and kitchen utensils in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Assist the kitchen team with preparation of various food dishes.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Work with the Head Chef to assist with responsibility of various aspects within the kitchen.
* Prepare fresh ingredients including dough, and cook and serve quality pizza from our external wood fired oven.
Requirements
Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment is desired. Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are desirable but not essential. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat.

Required Criteria
* Right to Live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Desired Criteria
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* A catering qualification in Level 3 Food Safety is preferred
* Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment
