Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting a respected organisation in their search for a Receptionist. This full-time, permanent role involves managing reception duties, facilities management and providing general administrative support. Strong customer/client liaison and organisational skills gained in a similar role are essential.
· Salary: £25,000
· Full-time, Permanent
· Belfast city centre office
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors ensuring all visitors are received and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
* Answering phones on a busy Switchboard
* Diary management for meeting rooms
* Organising couriers
* Assisting with the management of meeting rooms - setting up rooms for meetings and clearing these afterwards
* Organising external and internal catering
* Placing stationary orders
* Ensuring catering supplies are in stock
* General admin duties
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent organisational skills
* First class interpersonal skills
* Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues.
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the role through their skills and experience.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independent.
