You’ll be part of our Technology Leadership Team, working closely with the Director of Technology and collaborating with the Strategic Change and Data & Insights teams. Your work will connect across the whole organisation. Shaping digital experiences, guiding project delivery, and helping teams embed user-centred and agile ways of working. You’ll lead the Technology Delivery Team and Technology Delivery Partners/ Product Managers. Together, you’ll ensure every piece of technology we deliver meets user needs, adds value, and supports our strategic goals. What skills and experience do you need? You’ll be an experienced and inclusive technology leader with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions that improve how people work and live. You’ll bring a solid understanding of user-centred design, agile delivery, and enterprise architecture, alongside proven experience in leading teams and managing change. Strong communication, problem solving and relationship building skills are key, as well as the confidence to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects effectively. You’ll hold a degree in a relevant field and be committed to ongoing professional development. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about creating technology that is accessible, inclusive, and genuinely improves people’s experiences. What are the pay and benefits? Time off and Flexibility 26 days holiday, plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service. Predominantly Monday to Friday, with the option to request a compressed 9 day fortnight Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks Paternity Leave: 3 weeks Hybrid Working: Your base will be the nearest head office- Newport, Cardiff, or Swansea.
