Description Creation and sending out new and renewal contracts for gym maintenance, pool and spa maintenance and inductions Ensuring contracts are sent in the required time period Ensuring all contracts are renewed before expiry date Making sure customer has provided PO and/or signing of contract so invoicing is possible Invoicing out all contracts Ensuring up to date contact lists, so contracts are sent to correct correspondence increasing likely hood of receiving signed contracts Once a contract is signed; letting maintenance/ inductions know so they can implement mobilisation and scheduling according to contract Liaising with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on any new installs and if a contract can be implements and to who.
