As a freelance facilitator your background in financial services and performance improvement is essential to the success of our programmes. You will deliver engaging sessions, facilitate thought-provoking discussions and lead dynamic group activities that drive behavioural change.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or presenter within financial services, with a strong grasp of business relationships, leadership and performance improvement.
* Confidence and credibility to deliver programmes with an ABSTRACT artistry.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
* A dynamic, adaptable facilitation style that aligns with different client needs and learning preferences.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
