As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll join us on a 6-month training and development programme, aimed to prepare you for the role of a Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Maintain store standards and meet sales targets.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
* Recruit local staff with support from peers, Regional Manager, and Store Support Centre.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement to drive business growth.
* Provide training and coaching to colleagues to support their performance and our mission to help customers 'See More and Be More'.
* Support your colleagues with strong leadership and management skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records and prescriptions.
