Swedish-speaking speaker who likes customer care (sales admin support) and is based around the Reading area. There will be full training provided and plenty of opportunity to grow responsibilities and move up in the organization. The company is in the automotive sector and you will handle classic inbound calls. The team you will join is award-winning and truly cares about its customers. You are expected to take your time with each call, listen to the caller, and make helpful suggestions about products while being very supportive. There's an administrative component in this role, making it varied, and the team is friendly and warm.
Job Title: Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming phone and email in a caring and nurturing way.
* Use Excel to track deliveries and arrange collections.
* Help customers navigate the various products.
Skills
* Fluent Swedish.
* Previous sales admin support or customer care experience gained in an office environment (min 1-2 years).
* Based locally in Reading.
