Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Glasgow-based client - on an upcoming 6-week project. What's on offer? A temporary contract on a six-week project Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30am Paid weekly at 12.21 per hour Working as an Admin Assistant, your main duties will be around data entry and correspondence management - inputting customer orders onto the system. Other duties include: Answering inbound calls and recording customer orders Conducting outbound calls to verify order details and provide updates Processing outgoing orders - ensuring data in correct Assisting with online orders and invoicing Any other ad hoc admin duties as required To be successful in this Admin Assistant role, you will ideally have previous admin experience - data entry is highly advantageous.
