What You’ll Do
* Lead concept development across integrated campaigns across Digital/Social and Print
* Craft standout headlines and visual direction
* Manage a small studio team + freelance creatives
* Own creative output from pitch to final delivery
* Present work, take feedback, and solve creatively
* Ensure brand consistency and strategic clarity
* Contribute to new business and agency growth
What You Bring
* Proven art direction experience
* Strong conceptual copywriting (headlines/straplines)
* B2B and B2C campaign expertise
* Financial services experience would be ideal
* Confident team leader and mentor
* Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
* Background in integrated or advertising agencies
