On Target Earnings: £40, - £50,
Location: Kent
Work Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

Due to continued growth across the Kent area, we are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Managers who are ambitious and keen to develop their skills in the property business and take their career to the next level. Working across our Wards of Kent brand, you will have a track record in New Homes sales and ideally a background in residential estate agency.
Duties will include:
1. Liaising with residential offices and developers
2. Managing, incentivising, motivating your team of site sales consultants
3. Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations
4. Communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately.
5. Problem solving and influence outcome
6. Working towards set targets
7. Working closely with the land team
8. Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions
We need you to be:
9. A New Homes Sales Professional with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience
10. Living in the Kent area
11. Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
12. Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
13. Willing, confident, and resilient
14. Have truly exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levels
15. Have a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business
