A highly regarded, specialist family law firm is looking for a senior family lawyer to lead and grow its presence in Tunbridge Wells. You will have real autonomy, immediate responsibility and the backing of a Legal 500-recognised platform with a clear and accelerated route to partnership.
The Role
You will be the driving force behind the firm’s Tunbridge Wells offering, combining high-quality fee earning with leadership, profile building and long-term growth.
* Lead the family practice in Tunbridge Wells, shaping its direction from day one
* Handle a strong private family caseload, including financial remedies, children matters and complex disputes
* Grow your own practice using existing referral streams, central marketing support and cross-office collaboration
* Build relationships with local referrers and professional contacts
* Recruit, mentor and develop future team members as the office grows
* Work closely with partners across the firm on strategically important matters
About You
* Family Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience across private family law, including complex finances and/or children work
* Confident, visible and comfortable in a leadership role
* Commercial, personable and motivated by building a local profile
* Interested in mentoring others and growing a team
* Ambitious and attracted by a clear, realistic route to partnership
