We are now looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to join our Product team and elevate our world-class group exercise programme.
The Role
1. Support the execution and optimisation of a balanced, engaging and commercially strong group exercise timetable
2. Deliver your own classes with energy, creativity and unreasonable hospitality
3. Recruit, audition and onboard high-quality instructors, building a talented and motivated team
4. Coach and develop instructors, providing feedback and professional development opportunities
5. Coordinate workshops, masterclasses and themed events that increase participation and revenue
6. Maintain quality control by auditing sessions and ensuring consistently high standards
7. Ensure all classes are compliant with health & safety and statutory requirements
8. Monitor attendance, occupancy and performance metrics to drive improvement
9. Act as a visible ambassador on the gym floor, building strong member relationships
10. Minimise cancellations and ensure operational excellence across the programme
11. Collaborate with PT, Events and wider club teams to deliver a seamless member experience
Experience
12. Level 3 Personal Training and Group Exercise qualification
13. Proven experience running a successful group exercise timetable
14. A genuine passion for health, wellness and delivering world-class experiences
15. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse instructor team
16. Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
17. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
18. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
19. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
