Salary: £160,000 to £180,000 plus 50% bonus, LTIP, Car, Pension, Private Medical

Will report into the Vice President – Europe. For the first 1 to 2 years, there will be a keen focus on customer retention and business development with overall responsibility for increasing turnover, leading the UK business and improving the businesses overall market strategy.
The successful candidate will ensure that existing customers are maintained, new customers are identified and secured and all current sales channels/routes to market in the UK are analysed. You will have a track record of growing a sales team and revenue portfolio in the Construction Rental Equipment sector.
Responsibility Overview;
* Will report into the Vice President - Europe and have a focus on customer retention and business development with overall responsibility for increasing turnover, leading the UK business and improving the businesses overall market strategy.
* Take control of the sales focus across the UK by identifying new areas of the market.
* You will ensure that existing customers are maintained, new customers are identified and secured and all current sales channels/routes to market in Europe are analysed
* Build a successful sales team by improving the current portfolio and bringing in experienced people to grow revenue.
What we are looking for;
* You will have a track record of growing a business and revenue portfolio preferably in the Construction Rental Equipment sector. Previous experience in; Material Handling, Access Equipment or Cranes is accepted.
* Previous track record of running a Rental business – multi-depot management is seen as advantageous in this process.
* Must speak English at a business level.
* Previous examples of P&L responsibility.
* You will display an ability to lead and drive sales and commercial initiatives.
* Experience in building successful teams with a track record of exceeding targets.
