Senior Community Manager/ General Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Location: St. Albans, on-site parking + excellent benefits
On-site working 5 days a week
Role Overview
Our client has opened up a brand new flexible working space in St. Albans city centre, and are looking for an experienced Community Manager to spearhead the launch and success of the new space.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join an ambitious company, who are looking for you to lead from the front in growing an operations team, delivering an exciting community programme and making the work space your own.
Main responsibilities:
Launch a brand new flexible working space, taking responsibility for the daily management and operations of the space
Recruit and manage all operational, front-of house staff across the space, ensuring exceptional service is offered throughout
Curate and deliver networking events to ensure engagement across the space
Work closely with all departments across the space, including internally, to ensure exceptional service standards
Take the lead as the primary point of contact across the space, efficiently managing any member queries or issuesThe ideal candidate:
Demonstrable experience in flexible workspace or hospitality
