We have an exciting role on offer within our Children’s Services as a Deputy Manager in our five bedroomed Children’s Home.

In this role, you will help them feel safe, valued, and supported, empowering them to reach their full potential and aspire to a brighter future as well as deputising for the manager and leading a positive team.
About you
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
* Lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care and support tailored to individual needs.
* Champion a relational and aspirational culture, putting young people at the heart of everything we do.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement, shaping a service that sets high standards.
* Provide a home where young people feel safe, loved, and empowered to achieve their goals and thrive.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader with:
* Proven management experience in residential childcare for a minimum of two years.
* Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted, and Regulation 44.
* A commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice – following a PACE model.
* A Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to complete within 18 months).
* Commitment to development and learning.
