What they need: Someone with a digital-first mindset who can create scroll-stopping content optimised for ecommerce environments, especially Amazon A designer who thrives in multi-brand environments, switching styles and tone of voice with ease and confidence Someone confident and collaborative, able to interpret briefs, work with stakeholders, and deliver consistent, high-converting digital assets A self-starter with great energy, eager to learn and push creative boundaries within brand guidelines A digital native who understands the commercial value of strong design and how it drives engagement and conversion What you're great at: Adobe Creative Suite - you’re an expert across the core tools that power high-quality digital design AI-enhanced workflows – you see the value in AI to increase efficiency and elevate output Designing for ecommerce - you understand the nuances of online shopping behaviour and what drives clicks Balancing creativity with structure – you're organised, able to work to deadlines, and still produce great design at speed Multi-tasking across multiple brands – jumping between projects, tone of voice, and styles is your bread and butter What you’ll get: Hybrid working - 1 day per week in London office with occasional travel to another regional HQ Exposure to some of the UK’s most recognisable consumer brands in a fast-paced ecommerce setting A collaborative and energetic culture that values curiosity, creativity, and a test-and-learn mindset.
